my friend choices

What does it mean when friends don't answer your calls and won't return your calls? Then when you speak to them it's as if everything is just fine. Am I being overly sensitive? I gotta tell I choose the oddest friends. :)

Note to all you friends who "drop off the face of the earth for extended periods of time". These actions leave people wondering if it is them. Or we actually worry that something is terrible has happened. Just sayin'.
